Frequently Asked Questions
We also offer a quick, down-and-dirty solution for the small business that wants an efficient, but basic AdWords campaign so they don't leak too much of their budget down a black hole while they search for their optimal solution. We get a lot of questions on it. Here are some of these questions, and how we answer them:. What do I get for my $300
The same as you'd get for $600 normally - an account set up and ready to start generating traffic from someone with experience to avoid the mistakes that can burn up a lot of your budget while you're trying to figure them out. If you already have an account, adjustments or advice can be substituted.
Can I get a few tips to help me along on my Google AdWords account?
Sure. After the first project and payment is complete, debriefing is part of the plan.
So, how do you exactly do what you do to make an effective AdWords campaign?
Free advice? See above question.
After I pay you the $150 deposit, how do I know you aren't going to scam me?
We are.. But we also want to get the other $150, so we'll have to do a good job of setting up your account or we won't get that. And then we're going to try to get you to refer your friends to us so that we can scam them too, so we better do a really good job on your account. It's kinda like a pyramid scheme.
Will I need maintenance?
Eh, it helps to tweak the account every now and again, but the accounts that we set up are usually more efficient and cost-effective than the ones most people put up straight out of the gate. But, of course, things can always be improved and changed, especially as your product offerings change, and as you learn about the traffic you get.
Can I get a discount?
You ARE getting a discount. we've already haggled with us for you. We started at $600 and we got us down to $300 for you. How's THAT for customer service!?
Cute. But seriously, can I get a better price.
Seriously, that is the better price. If you're trying to haggle at $300, AdWords probably isn't something you should be considering. Compare our prices to companies like JumpFly (about $1500 for setup plus the monthly maintenance fees.)
So, since you don't take phone calls, don't you think you lose customers that might have purchased your AdWords service?
Possibly a few, but if I took calls, I'd end up having to deal with the regular attempts to get free advice from people who are "shopping" and that'd take so much of my time that I couldn't cost-effectively do this at $300. And then they'd still try to haggle the price or downpayment. Typically, I'm available for paid customers via telephone, as well as I'm extremely available via email. (You might be surprised at how many busy managers actually prefer email contact.)
Ok, fair enough. But I have ONE LITTLE question, can I call you?
See previous question.
Can I still get this deal in a few weeks?
I have no idea. The price hopefully will creep up steadily as I get closer to capacity. Hopefully, the economic recovery will allow me to return to the original price of $600 for basic setup. Prices are good while offered.
Are you going to take my credit card number and steal my money?
I wish I could do that. Unfortunately, with PayPal I can't see the credit card number other than the last 4 digits, and I don't think I'd be a good enough guesser to guess the others.
How long will it take to get my AdWords account from you?
Finally, a REAL question. It takes under a week, usually about 3 to 4 working days. After that, I monitor it for a week or two to make sure I did as well as I hoped. After that, if you'd like me to continue to tweak it or edit it ongoing, I can charge you a small maintenance fee, sorta like a retainer, to be available to you.
Can I pay with something other than a credit card on your PayPal invoice?
Let's stick with credit cards via PayPal. It's very quick, simple and safe.
Are you from the United States, or some other country where they don't really know our culture or have a mastery of our language and idioms.
Sunny Florida.
But how do I KNOW that you're from the US?
Would an Asian or an Indian be this sarcastic?
Ok. I have to admit, $300 is a good price. How do I get started with this?
Just fill out the form, and I will send you a PayPal invoice for the $150 deposit and a brief questionnaire and instructions on how to quickly enable me to the account (or I can create an account for you.) I can usually get to most projects within a couple of days. I set up the parts that I know are safe and efficient while I continue to tweak the rest as needed. This way you can get some traffic as soon as possible without sacrificing budget. Final payment is typically due in two to three days.
Good luck!
